Option 3: 2 Countries Challenge (Chile & Antarctica)
Double occupancy and ship cabin in Antarctica – Total Cost: USD 8,995.00 pp

Single occupancy and ship cabin in Antarctica – Total Cost: USD 9,495.00 pp

Option 5: 2 Countries Challenge (Uruguay & Argentina)
Double occupancy in Argentina for 3 nights – Total Cost: USD 995.00 pp

Option 6: 2 Countries Challenge (Uruguay & Argentina)
Single occupancy in Argentina for 3 nights – Total Cost: USD 1,195.00 pp

*Single and double occupancy pertain to hotels in Argentina and Chile, while accommodation in Antarctica will be in a 4-person cabin. Runners need to bring their own sleeping bag with them.

The challenge is restricted to a maximum of 30 runners and is guaranteed to sell out very soon. Interested participants would need to complete the RESERVATION FORM below. Payment link will be shared once we receive your reservation form.

INCLUDED (Option 1-2):
1. Two nights accommodation in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
2. Five nights accommodation in Punta Arenas, Chile.
3. One night accommodation on the ship in King George Island, Antarctica.
4. Round trip ferry transportation from Buenos Aires to Colonia, Uruguay.
5. Transportation from hotel to Buenos Aires airport.
6. Transportation from Punta Arenas airport to host hotel.
7. Flights to / from Antarctica.
8. All meals as specified.
9. Entry fee for all 4 events including unique finisher medal for each race*.
10. Swag.

INCLUDED (Option 3-4):

1. Five nights accommodation in Punta Arenas, Chile.
2. One night accommodation on the ship in King George Island, Antarctica.
3. Flights to / from Antarctica.
4. All meals as specified.
5. Entry fee for 2 events including unique finisher medal for each race*.

INCLUDED (Option 5-6):

1. Three nights accommodation in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
2. Round trip ferry transportation from Buenos Aires to Colonia, Uruguay.
3. All meals as specified.
4. Entry fee for 2 events including unique finisher medal for each race*.
5. Swag.

* The time limit for each race is 7.5 hours.

EXCLUDED:
1. Transport to / from hotel at the start and end of the tour.
2. Flights from Buenos Aires, Argentina to Punta Arenas, Chile (Average cost: USD 130.00).
3. Other services not mentioned above.

1. Airfare to Buenos Aires, Argentina and back home from Punta Arenas, Chile.

TRIP ESSENTIALS:

· All runners are required to have either a GPS watch or smartphone with distance calculation app as a back-up.
· Mandatory trip and medical evacuation insurance.

​​ITINERARY

Day 1 Friday 3 February 2023: Arrive in Buenos Aires, Argentina and transfer to the hotel.
Optional activities:
Sight-seeing tour around Buenos Aires.
Trip briefing and welcome dinner at 7:00 PM in the hotel.
Overnight in Buenos Aires.

Day 2 Saturday 4 February 2023
Early breakfast in the hotel.
Transfer from the hotel to ferry terminal to Colonia, Uruguay.
Marathon in Colonia, Uruguay.
Return to Buenos Aires in the evening.
Overnight in Buenos Aires.

Day 3 Sunday 5 February 2023
Early breakfast in the hotel.
Marathon in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Return to hotel and transfer to the airport.
Overnight flight to Punta Arenas via Santiago, Chile.

Day 4 Monday 6 February 2023
Arrive in Punta Arenas and transfer to the hotel.
Free day in Punta Arenas to explore.
Antarctica trip briefing in the evening.
Overnight in Punta Arenas, Chile.

Day 5 Tuesday 7 February 2023
Breakfast in the hotel.
Flight to Antarctica (weather permitting)*
Marathon in Antarctica.
All meals while in Antarctica. Overnight in King George Island, Antarctica.
* If the weather to fly to Antarctica is unsuitable, we will stay in Punta Arenas.

Day 6 Wednesday 8 February 2023
Breakfast in Antarctica and sightseeing tour (subject to flight schedule).
Flight back to Punta Arenas, Chile.
Free day in Punta Arenas, Chile.
Overnight in Punta Arenas, Chile.

Day 7-8-9 Thursday 9 to Saturday 11 February 2023
Breakfast in the hotel.
Marathon in Punta Arenas, Chile.
Extra days in Punta Arenas in case Antarctica trip is delayed.
Optional activities:
Sight-seeing tour to Torres Del Paine National Park.

Day 10 Sunday 12 February 2023
Flight back to home country from Punta Arenas, Chile.
